Summary

The coming into force of the Constitution and the proclamation of Justice as ; once of the higher values of the Legal System make it necessary for public authorities to apply the constitutional and legal mandates while adopting those values and their potential interpretations. Given that the "rule of law", "exercises of human rights", and "democratic coexistence", referred to in the preamble to the constitution must materialize in the context of an economic order defined as the "market economy", this presuposition considerably conditions the historic enforcement of the value of justice.
